I have never felt as good as I did when most of my diet consisted of raw food. The first few days were tough, going through refined sugar and flour withdrawals, but after that the pounds started shedding, my skin looked great and I felt great. Then we went on vacation where we couldn't find any healthy restaurants nearby and it was amazing how quickly I was back to my old self. I hope to get started again, soon, on this great lifestyle.
