First Raw Food Restaurant in Charleston, SC – The Sprout
A new raw food restaurant has just opened. It's called The Sprout, and located in South Carolina, just outside of Charleston. The Sprout is South Carolina's first (and only) raw food restaurant.

Congratulations to South Carolina for getting its first raw food restaurant. And, congrats to Mickey and Caroline Brennan, the co-owners of The Sprout!

i LOVE raw foods and tried MANY restaurants, but this one was the worst. Not only the food was not fresh, but the portions are so little and what you PAY for a takeout is as if you were having dinner at some hotel. I had to convince my boyfriend to go there, and now he won't EVER try anything like it again!
I'd have to agree with carolina. The food was not fresh. I did enjoy their kale juice, though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. With the pricey small portions, though, they should prepare fresh every day. The collard wrap tasted rotten to both my husband and me.
