Jade Cafe Changes its Name to CRU

Jade Cafe, located on Griffith Park Blvd. (@ Sunset Blvd.) in Los Angeles, has changed its name to CRU.  (Thanks to Paul for the tip!)

CRU in Los Angeles does not have a website yet.

Anybody know why they named the restaurant CRU?

Cru is the French word for raw, to answer the question posted above.
Also the website is on line and frequently updated with events, Saturday morning classes on Raw food preparation, business hours etc. http://www.crusilverlake.com

Cru's Raw/Organic/Vegan/Gluten-free Chocolate Truffle Cake is now available packaged for sale at many natural food stores in SoCal, if you can't make it in to the restaurant.
